On the nose, aromas of honey, peach, apple and wood with a touch of cut hay. The palate is medium-bodied with flavors of vanilla fudge, smoke, toffee, heather honey with small traces of oak. The finish is of medium length with a bit of the honeyed sweetness coming through.
